Pacesetter Steel Property Management, a division of Pacesetter Realtors, provides full service residential management to owners of single family and multi-family properties in the Corpus Christi area. Pacesetter Steel Property Management will perform all the functions required to maintain and enhance the value of our client's properties, while assisting prospective tenants in their search for a suitable dwelling.

Our standard property management fees are percentage based and all-inclusive. You will not be charged for in-house copying, facsimile transmissions, telephone calls, mileage, or lease negotiation, unless otherwise agreed to in the Management Agreement.
