Karen was fantastic to work with. As an international buyer, I was faced with some challenges such as new terminology and procedures/ forms. My brother passe away leaving a house 4 hours from me.While I was at his house packing, I had an individual inform me of Karen, and that she lived 3 houses away.I went to her house to talk to her and was immediately set at ease.She went above and beyond, taking care of all the little things I would have needed to be in town to do.She helped contact people for the "Affidavit of Heirship" needed to sell the house, she mailed me items which were in his mailbox I needed, she even suggested an individual to help with the estate sale.She was always in contact with me and I had several offers the first day.Her husband even helped me load an item on the day of sale.She was amazing to work with, and cant say enough about her.Cam McFarland
