Jessica is a great real estate agent, her wealth of knowledge on the local area allowed me to put my full faith in her especially since I recently moved into the city a few months ago. She is a dedicated agent, a go-getter will make time to respond to my texts immediately and prefers calling so that communication is clear and concise. Jessica has made very strong network relationships she was able to find me a more than affordable home insurance rate with a local company, after I put my offer in she made appointments with all the necessary people to inspect and make sure I was in a more than adequate home for my needs. A highlight about Jessica is that she will tell you the truth but also is a great listener and will make your agenda come to life as best as she knows how. We viewed many properties that I requested and they were unsatisfactory (in my own opinion) and after the showings she said I knew you wouldn't like these homes but I wanted you to know that for your self and I really appreciated that because you can have some really aggressive realtors at times that are just shopping as if they're purchasing their 2nd home or purchasing for you and not considerate of your budget but that is not Jessica she guided me to now become a first time home buyer.

Jessica is a dedicated, determined, and loyal realtor. She looks out for your best interest as a seller and or buyer. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are receiving every minor detail that you are looking for in buying or selling your house. She makes sure that you are 110% happy with what you are asking for and will go out of her way to make sure that you are not settling for anything that you do not want. We worked with Jessica in April/May 2021 to purchase a house in Corpus Christi. This was a VERY hard time to find a house! Jessica worked tirelessly for us as if we were her only customers, and in reality she had many!! Jessica is very quick to respond to email and text and calls. She is very knowledgeable in the neighborhoods and what you should look for in a house and beware of when buying here. She works diligently on your behalf in finding houses that fit your check list and then to schedule appointments for viewing quickly as that is very important right now. She is available on your schedule nights and weekends if needed. It was a privilege to have found Jessica to help navigate the stressful job of finding a house to call home.

As a first-time buyer, we came in this very unprepared and had a hard time at first to understand the whole process of buying a house. Jessica did a fantastic job at not only walk us through the process but also gave us great advice to get the best out of this. Jessica Fabela has been an amazing realtor! This was my first time buying a home and she REALLY set the example for what a realtor should be. She wasn't too pushy like I expected a realtor to be, instead she was very informative and offered great houses that fit our wants and needs that were on the market. She was always prepared with a plethora of information at each house we visited. She was incredibly responsive as well. Because of my work schedule, I sometimes had to call her late at night or early in the morning, she would always answer my call, or at least get back to be in a very reasonable time frame. We hit a few speed bumps with my Loan officers but Jessica helped keep them in line and would quickly give them any information needed right away! She found us the perfect home at a reasonable price and was right there with us every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Jessica to anyone buying or selling real estate.

As a first time home buyer, and being so young, making the decision to buy a home can be very stressful and scary, BUT- Jessica made my entire experience one that I couldn't be more grateful for. She walked me through every house keeping in mind my vision, my budget, and my growing family. She was always their fighting for me, and making sure every option was laid on the floor so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. She helped me find the perfect lender, and treated me more like FAMILY then a client. There's nobody in the world I would have rather had at my back on signing day than her. We bought our house in September and it was a long awaited accomplishment but Jessica was always with us every step of the way. She showed us all of the right houses and was fair and honest with what price we should put in. One night she called us and said 'You have to see this house, it just came up!' And an hour later she met us at the house and we saw it, fell in love, and later it became ours! We were first time home buyers and so nervous but Jessica made the home buying process so much easier.
