When our family relocated to Corpus Christi, Wendie Swift helped us find our dream house. We knew very little about the area as far as schools, neighborhoods, traffic, etc. She listened to our needs and was very fast getting us in for showings. We didn't realize at that time how competitive the market was for buyers and looking back we appreciate how Wendie kept everything moving to help us get an offer to the sellers. We got our dream house, and we enjoyed it for nearly two years. When it was time to move, we only wanted Wendie to help us. Thankfully it was still a seller's market, but our neighborhood had several comps listed for sale. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Wendie Swift. She was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns and had the answers as well. This demonstrated to us that she is knowledgeable about her job and takes pride in great customer service. If she did not have an answer to a question we raised, she was quick to research the answer and let us know. This also demonstrated that while she did not know an answer, she knew where to get the answer. That characteristic in a Real Estate Agent is invaluable when dealing with an area of expertise that has numerous variables and nuances involved with buying and selling a home.
