Based upon the information we gave Jennifer she was able to find a couple dozen houses for us to look at, from which we selected six. While viewing the six, she was able to get a better feel for what we were really looking for and had another house for us to look at the next day, which we eventually bought. After the offer was accepted, Jennifer was very helpful in the closing process, the setup of utilities, and identifying contractors to do some modifications.

Jennifer Cabrel did an excellent job buying our new home at 14830 Sea Air Lane. My wife and I were very pleased with everything she did to represent us. We reccomend her enthusiastically and without reservation. She also listed our home at 109 Windjammer in Rockport. We recently signed a contract to sell the house at a satisfactory price.

I have worked with Jennifer for many years. She has helped me purchase and sell several homes. With all transactions, she went above and beyond to ensure the processes ran smoothly, timely and with the least amount of stress for me.
