We had a great experience with Elissar in selling our home in Portland, TX. Elissar is very knowledgeable about the property market in the area and very efficient and swift in her actions and communication. During the process of listing the house, inspections and through the close-out she made several valuable suggestions. 6 weeks into contract, the appraiser appraised the property below the price we agreed with the buyer which resulted in a situation in which the deal was about to be cancelled. However, Elissar closely engaged with relevant stakeholders and presented them the key factors which contributed to the property price, not considered by the appraiser. When the appraisal was redone, the close-out moved forward, and we were able to get the real value for our home. Had Elissar not tried hard, it could have taken us over 6 months to sell but thanks to her persistence and dedication we were able to sell within 3 months of listing. Hence, if you want to sell your property in Portland, TX, Elissar Issa is the right person to go to.
